His expertise includes comprehensive knowledge of donated and internally constructed civil infrastructure, encompassing processes from design through As-Constructed phases, registration, valuation, reporting, and maintenance.

Blake specializes in delivering critical Water and Sewer asset information, as well as essential data for Transport, Drainage, and Open Space assets. He is widely recognized as the foremost technical authority in ADAC, with extensive involvement in the technical design and implementation of the ADAC Schema spanning more than two decades.
